Attached is the updated meeting agenda for the Charter Reform Commission meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Los Angeles City Hall, 3rd Floor, Public Works Room at 4:00pm.

Commissioner Epperhart and I will present the BONC items for consideration on behalf of Neighborhood Councils.

The Angeles National Forest welcomes public input

The Angeles National Forest welcomes public input to develop grant applications for the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle (OHV) Recreation Division Grant Program recreation funds.

The Angeles National Forest is developing one or more California State Parks OHV Recreation Division Grant Program preliminary grant applications this cycle to support trail maintenance, law enforcement patrols, restoration, and/or other work in support of the OHV program.
